چکیده
ایالت متحده آمریکا در طول دوره تحریم های خود علیه ایران کوشیده است تا با استفاده از تمامی امکانات سیاسی، اقتصادی، اطلاعاتی و فناورانه تحت مدیریت خویش کلیه دسترسی های ایران را مسدود نماید. بر همین اساس وزارت خزانه داری ایالات متحده آمریکا با مرکزیت اداره کنترل دارایی های خارجی ایالت متحده آمریکا ( اوفک ) مسئولیت اصلی انجام این ماموریت را بر عهده دارد به طوری که با بررسی های دقیق و دائمی به شکلی کاملا اطلاعاتی تلاش می کند تا علاوه بر کشف دقیق مسیرهای ارتباطی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با سایر اشخاص و شرکت های خارجی تامین کننده کالاها و خدمات تحریمی، ضمن اعلام هشدار نسبت ادامه همکاری با افراد و مراکز مرتبط با جمهوری اسلامی ایران، در صورت ادامه و تداوم تعاملات تجاری خود با ایران به وسیله سازوکارهای قانونی و بین المللی از پیش تعیین شده آنان را مورد مجازات هایی سنگین و بازدارنده قرار دهد تا در نتیجه چنین فرآیندی پس از افزایش خطر ادامه فعالیت برای شرکای خارجی و قطع همکاری با ایران، هزینه های نظام سیاسی ایران در خصوص ادامه رویارویی با آمریکا به چندین برابر افزایش یابد.

چکیده [English]
During its sanctions against Iran, the United States has sought to use all political, economic, intelligence, and technological means under its control to block all access to Iran. Accordingly, the US Treasury Department, with its headquarters in the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), has the primary responsibility for carrying out this mission, so that through careful and constant scrutiny, it seeks to provide information in addition to Accurate discovery of communication routes of the Islamic Republic of Iran with other foreign persons and companies supplying sanctions goods and services, while announcing a warning about continuing cooperation with individuals and centers related to the Islamic Republic of Iran, if it continues its trade interactions with Iran through the mechanism Legal and international sanctions to punish them severely and deterrently, so that as a result of such a process, after increasing the risk of continuing to operate for foreign partners and severing cooperation with Iran, the costs of the Iranian political system to continue confronting the United States Increase several times.
