چکیده
از زمان تأسیس اسرائیل،طیفی از رخدادها از جنگ،منازعه،اتحاد و ائتلاف گرفته تا آتش‌بس، مذاکرات و توافقنامه‌های متعدد صلح دو یا چندجانبه و در نهایت وابستگی متقابل و همگرائی به روابط متقابل اسرائیل و اعراب شکل داده است. بررسی عمیق این رخدادها فرایندی از منازعه و جنگ به سمت صلح و همگرائی را متجلّی می‌سازد. بنابراین با توجه به درهم تنیدگی و روابط پیچیده خاورمیانه، پاسخ به سه مسأله علل همگرائی، چگونگی همگرائی و چیستی پیامدهای امنیتی همگرائی اسرائیل و اعراب برای ایران بسیار مهم و نیازمند بررسی علمی است که محورهای اصلی این پژوهش را نیز شکل داده است. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش که براساس رویکردی توصیفی ـ تبیینی و با روش کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است، نشان می‌دهد که عوامل سه وجهی محدودیت‌های راهبردی اسرائیل، الزامات و خواست کشورهای عربی و الزاماتی مشترک، صلح و همگرائی بین دو طرف را به صورت همزمان ایجاد کرده است. فرایند همگرائی به صورت تدریجی، چندبعدی، رسمی، عمیق و چندسطحی توسعه و تکامل یافته است که مهمترین پیامدهای امنیتی آن برای ایران تضعیف جبهه مقاومت و جلوگیری از تشکیل هلال شیعه به رهبری ایران، محاصره و فشار بر ایران و بازتعریف ساختار امنیتی منطقه و تضعیف نقش ایران در این ساختار بوده است.

چکیده [English]
Since the establishment of Israel, a range of events including war, conflict, alliance, coalition and cease-fire, numerous peace agreements, interdependence and finally integration have shaped the mutual relations between Israel and the Arabs.Examining these events reveals a process of conflict and war towards peace and integration.Therefore, in terms of the importance of this process and the entanglement and complexity of the political-security environment of the Middle East, three important issues of the causes of integration,The manner of integration and the security consequences of the integration of Israel and the Arabs for Iran have been the focus of this research.The results of this research which was conducted based on a descriptive-explanatory approach and library method, show that the three-dimensional factors of Israel's strategic limitations,requirements of the Arab countries, and common requirements have shaped peace and integration between two sides at the same time.The integration process has been developed in a gradual, multi-dimensional, formal, deep and multi-level manner.Weakening the resistance front and preventing the formation of the Shia Crescent led by Iran, siege and pressure on Iran and redefining security structure of region and weakening Iran's role in this structure has been the most important security consequences of this integration for Iran.
