چکیده

منطقه خلیج فارس به دلایل ژئوپلتیکی و ژئواستراتژیکی از دیرباز مورد توجه قدرت های بزرگ بوده است. اکنون به دنبال برخی تحولات جدید و فاصله گرفتن عربستان از آمریکا و همزمان نزدیک شدن این کشور به چین به عنوان یکی دیگری از قدرت های بزرگ که به دنبال نظم سازی در منطقه است، این پرسش اساسی مطرح می شود که نقش‌آفرینی چین در منطقه خلیج فارس چه تاثیری بر امنیت منطقه ای ایران خواهد داشت؟‌ پاسخ موقت به این پرسش، مستلزم تعریف و تقسیم بندی ابعاد امنیت منطقه ای ایران است. بر این مبنا این فرض مطرح می شود که این نقش آفرینی که طی سالهای اخیر و به ویژه از اواخر سال 2022 وارد فاز جدیدی شده است،‌ ممکن است اثرات مخاطره آمیزی بر امنیت منطقه ای ایران در حوزه های نظامی داشته باشد، اما همزمان می تواند باعث افزایش امنیت منطقه ای ایران از منظر سیاسی و اقتصادی شود. بر این اساس، در صورتی که حضور چین صرفا اقتصادی و سیاسی باشد امنیت منطقه ای ایران افزایش می یابد، اما اگر این حضور نظامی باشد، می تواند تهدیدی برای امنیت منطقه ای ایران باشد. رویکرد این پژوهش تحلیلی – تبیینی و روش آن کیفی است.

چکیده [English]

For geopolitical and geostrategic reasons, the Persian Gulf region has long been the focus of great powers. Now, following new developments, the distancing of Saudi Arabia from America and the simultaneous rapprochement from this country towards China, as another great power that seeks to bring order in this part of the world, this basic question is raised: How will China's role in the Persian Gulf region affect Iran's regional security? The temporary answer to this question first requires the definition and division of security dimensions in Iran’s regional security. On this basis, it is assumed that this Role-Playing, which has entered a new phase in recent years, especially since the end of 2022, may have dangerous effects on Iran's regional security in terms of military and geopolitical issues, but at the same time, it can increase Iran's regional security from the perspective of political and economic dimensions. Therefore, Iran's regional security can increase if China's presence is purely economic and political, but if it is accompanied by military presence, it is dangerous for Iran's regional security. The approach of this research is analytical-explanatory and its method is qualitative.
