The world of diplomacy is witnessing the introduction of new tools for diplomatic engagement. In other words, the introduction of technology, especially mass media technologies such as Twitter, has introduced a new type of diplomatic process. Twitter has become a scene of attack, criticism, and commentary by activists and politicians on a variety of political and global issues that have interactive effects. This type of diplomacy was developed by the name of "Twiplomacy" that by the beginning of the year, 193 UN member states had used this type of diplomatic process. That is, the politicians of the countries had a Twitter account. To this end, this study examines the Twitter diplomacy of the Trump presidency. The key question is how and with what narrative does Trump present his diplomacy on Twitter? To answer the research questions and achieve the desired goals, digital content analysis and discourse analysis with two techniques of categories and evaluation were used. The statistical population of this study is the sum of the tweets of the US President (Trump) Twitter pages in 2017-2019.

Currently, some important Jewish communities in Israel live primarily in the media because of their particular lifestyle and isolationism. They have specific beliefs and particular personal and social lifestyles that are mainly rooted in ancient Judaism. The opinions and beliefs of this community are in line with Jewish (pragmatic) fundamentalists, and therefore hold to the Jewish fundamentalist mandates. The ideas of the community in the social and political context, along with their growing importance - by rapid population growth and effective political presence - have made them an influential stream. Given their efforts to be more influential (in the context of fundamentalist discourse) - particularly in the political arena - and in view of their principles and objectives as well as the demographic and political structure of Israel, it seems that reinforcing this trend will increase tensions. And there will be an increase in extremist tendencies in the Israeli regime and even will include fundamental questions about the identity of the present Israel regime and its future.

The United States is one of the countries with a strong emphasis on foreign aid strategy in foreign policy. This strategy has continued with ups and downs since World War II and has spanned many countries. A review of US aid to Pakistan shows that the country has experienced many ups and downs in the past decades based on geopolitical relations and necessities. This article seeks to answer the question of "what are the motives and goals of the United States in providing foreign assistance in the field of international relations, and specifically in Pakistan?" Based on this hypothesis, the paper examines that the United States pursues several goals in providing foreign aid that are intended to stabilize American hegemony. The research findings show that foreign aid is being used as a realistic lever to increase US power and influence, helping to establish US hegemony. As for Pakistan, although reducing its aid does not seem to stop Pakistan from pursuing its high-risk policies in support of terrorist groups, the US approach is pushing to avoid this policy.

In West Asia, order, oil, and arms have always been the three main factors in determining the equations, which has led to the continued presence of major supra-regional powers in West Asia. Despite significant differences between China and the European Union, both are strategic partners. Given the presence of China and the European Union in the West Asian region, the question arises as to what effect the economic interests of China and the European Union in this region have on Iran's national security? The main hypothesis is: that: Since China and the European Union have no security competition and at the same time both are important economic players in the world; In the context of extensive US sanctions against Iran, the intersection of the interests of these two supra-regional powers in West Asia and its alignment with the interests of Iran's regional rivals will be a challenge to Iran's national security. This article seeks to answer the question of the article with a comparative view, based on the Copenhagen School of Security.

This research has endeavored to explain Barack Obama's approach to the Iranian nuclear crisis based on the image theory in international relations. While competing theories point to issues such as the structure of the international system or comprehensive international sanctions as key factors in reaching a nuclear deal between Iran and the P5+1, this study focuses on the mental, perceptual, and personality traits of President Obama. Accordingly, the main research question was asked as follows: Why did Barack Obama take a different approach to his predecessor’s to resolve the Iranian nuclear crisis? Based on the psychological principles and image theory, our initial answer is: Obama's perception of Iran as a regional power and considering the previous policy as damaging, as well as his personality type, led him to take a different approach from that of George W Bush in resolving the Iranian nuclear crisis. The approach of this research is explanatory and its method is a case study. The documentary method of data collection has been used.

The generality and determinism of modern political society is a central issue in the present article. We have shown that modern political philosophy, due to the multiplicative nature of society, has become two camps of totalitarians in one hand and pluralists and non-believers on the other. But in our political society, despite the intensifying emergence of social pluralities, we are still locked in a homogeneous and generalized understanding of political society. Considering Mulla Sadra's role in founding contemporary Islamic political thought in Iran, we claim the possibility of reading Mulla Sadra's theory of unity of existence, which provides the possibility of considering the whole of political society simultaneously with the acceptance of individuality and otherness in its modern sense. In this reading, we draw on Paul Ricoeur's hermeneutic model alongside the theory of Emmanuel Levinas, who can think of the capabilities of the text to solve our society's current problem and address zeal.

With the aim of defeating the goals of the Yemeni revolution, the Saudi-led Arabic Coalition entered the Yemeni campaign in 2015. But there were clear signs of disagreement among key members of the coalition on the Yemeni scene. The southern regions of Yemen became competition place of Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Accordingly, the main question of the article is what are the most important factors of competition between the UAE and Saudi Arabia in the Yemeni crisis? The hypothesis is that the two actors' different perceptions of the common enemy component and their skeptical attitude about the desired results are the main factors in the rivalry between Saudi Arabia and UAE in Yemen. This article describes the components of competition between the two countries in Yemen through a descriptive-analytical method, and examines the impact of the competition between Riyadh and Abu Dhabi on the political future of Yemen.

One of the distinguishing features of the current international situation is the growth of China as a great power. The growing power of China for protecting of security interests is directly tied to the US international position; As a result, China's strategic engagement with the US is one of the issues that is essential to understand the future state of international order. This article examines China's pattern of behavior toward the US under the unipolar order system. Hence, the question that the authors have tried to answer with a descriptive-analytical approach is that what pattern governs China's foreign policy to advance its interests, and strategic interactions with the US in the current international order? Findings show that due to the necessity of entangling polarity, economic factor and threat perception, China has adopted a dual pattern of behavior, like the domestic capabilities and external soft balance, in order to advance its strategic interests and interactions with the US. The first concept refers to the continuation of economic efforts along with increasing military capabilities to increase China's relative power. In the second concept, China's internationally balanced behavior toward the United States is considered. This is mostly done through multilateral institutions and economic diplomacy.
