Ibn Khaldun wrote about cycle of zealotry collapse at tribal government, this discussion applies in the Iran due to peasant classes, institutions as ministry of subterranean. Customs like endowedment caused that in Iran, Foundations of government will have the breathing space that is defined outside the tyrannical fraud techniques. For example the text of Nizamolmulk Policy Paper noted that it drew despite having the wisdom and practical sermons Iranshahr and applying of very intellectual approach and limiting the exercise of power. From the beginning of Arab spring in the region and along with political developments in Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan, Syria has experienced interior unrests. Unlike Egypt, Libya, and Yemen which undergone a rapid regime change, Syria is witnessing an interior war between the army and oppositions groups. As a result, thousands of people have leaved their home, and an inordinate number of civilians were killed. This war also leads to the destruction of the country infrastructures. This study was mainly concerned with exploring what underlying reasons sparked the unrests in Syria. It also endeavors, reviewing the course of events, to predict what will happen in Syria after when “Bashar Asad” is ousted from power. The research hypothesis is that racialism and one-party structure, along with crises like unemployment, class cleavages,widespread corruption, and the Syrian’s dissatisfaction gave rise to participation and legitimacy crisis. This study employed historical sociology approach and a qualitative method in examine the factors involved in the Syrian crisis. This study argues that while there is nohope that “Bashar Asad” will continue his ruling, there is little hope that democracy will emerge.

Hermeneutic understanding of the problem and understanding the dilemma of modern hermeneutics, and it responds with an understanding of the interaction between action and language. The two most important countries in South Asia, India and Pakistan have nuclear weapons and have turned this region into high-risk territory. With the acquisition of the atomic bomb in 1974, India, Pakistan, based on historical conflicts and to improve their situation Concern to world powers, especially the United States of America consequences of nuclear tests in India and Pakistan, the two countries led to adopt appropriate policies. It analyzes the factors that influence its direction and the main purpose of this article. The central question of this paper is “what are the differences between America's policies toward India's nuclear Pakistan after the Cold War”. According to this descriptive - analytical study, it was observed that the country's foreign policy of the United States of America on the type of interaction affects the country. This kind of difference in India and Pakistan position in America's foreign policy caused different America's foreign policy toward the countries.

The aim of this article is to study the performance of the Islamist justice and development party of Turkey in the fields of domestic policy -that is the succession of this party in domestic political, social and economic fields- and foreign policy in both regional and international levels in 2011-2012. Attempts have been made in the present article to discuss the theoretical principals of the Islamism and viewpoints of the thinkers about Islamism process in turkey and the history of the Islamic parties in this country, as well as the performance of the Islamist justice and development party in in the fields of foreign and domestic policies. Pakistan is one of the countries which have many political and security concerns in home, region and even in international arena. This country is facing with ethnic and religious extremism. Pakistan at the regional level is facing with both Afghanistan and Kashmir crisis and is struggling against the pressures of international community for its nuclear weapons and it’s Islamism’ relationship with Al Qaeda. In this paper the problem of ethnic conflict as one of The Pakistan’s Baluchistan province has been studies. The main goal of this article is the roots of this conflict and its reflections. This dispute has been analyzed in geopolitical context. The findings of this paper are descriptive and analytical which shows the distribution of Baloch nationsalism and discrimination has led to separatist goals. These separatist trends have also negative consequences in the region including Iran
