Throughout history, many nations are formed; nations with various specificationsthat relied on their favorable traits guided the next generation and formed the nextcommunities. Sometimes they were in the form of nations but suffer from the lack theorganization and without any collective wisdom and due to mismanagement theywere doomed to extinction. So, the question is “what factors and requirements areneeded to shape a virtue nation and guarantee its survival?”In this paper, we aim to answer the above mentioned question. In this way we triedto analyze the articles and literature in nation-building and good governanceaccording to the grounded theory and content analysis to find out the factors andstrategies for maintaining and recognizing nation’s existence. Thus a modelconsists of three components was developed and designed. In order to evaluate, regulate and modify the designed pattern, by using Delphi method and alsoreferring to some elites in the field of research modeling, the model was presentedto 17 elites in two-round Delphi. In the second round of Delphi, the model wasapproved by elites so sustainable nation-building model was redesigned as a giftof nation-building in the light of good governance. This model consists of 3components: a) obligations of initiating nation- building (general and specificnational identity), b) strategies for continuing the processes for nation-building(social justice, effective government, citizenship, political socialization) and c)consequences of continuing existence of the nation and nation-building process(national integrity, public trust, permanent peace, balanced and sustainabledevelopment, national and international legitimacy).

Transition Period is a key subject in the discipline of International relations andpolitics. At the present time, there is a consensus among academic forums about thefact that the existing order is experiencing new changes. Critics have tried tounderstand these changes and their impacts on general trends. Along with othertransformational tendencies, the experience of the Islamic Revolution as atransformational movement advanced change in the geometry of internationalpower from the beginning. The main question of this article is that are there anyphilosophical and theoretical bases for change in the international social order inIslamic Revolution and the Iran’s contexts? As a result, the main goal of this articleis to explore the philosophical foundations of change desire in the Iranian cultureand to build a link between these foundations and new imperatives for acting in linewith changing the geometry of international power. This hypothesis assumes theexistence of rich intellectual and philosophical layers in the Islamic Republic andIran driving at active participation in the process of changing the geometry ofinternational power. In answering the question regarding existing philosophicalpotentialities in Iranian and Islamic cultures in the process of changing thegeometry of international power, this article relying upon the rational approach, explains resources contributing change in the existing geometry of internationalpower in the context of Iranian cultural life. For this reason, this article claims thatthe notion of demanding change in various orders (general and particular) lies inthe essence of the Islamic Revolution and is the product of Iranian culture andhistory. Another point is that demanding change paradoxically involves therecognition existing ethnicities. This can also be interpreted as a kind of invitation. This invitation includes both will to change and will to conform.

Conflicts between Islamic Republic of Iran and The Zionist regime has longbeen studied from the various perspectives of International Relations.Perspectives such as Constructivism, Realism, Regional Balance of Power, aresome of these perspectives. In other works geopolitical status, ideological, geostrategic, and geocultural problems have been considered by scholars andresearchers. But in this article, it has been tried to study each one of thesegovernments as a normative value system which attempt to expand and spreadits own norms and values in the international space. Therefore, the mainquestion of this paper seeks to explore the factors that lead to negativeperspective between the two. In fact, it can be argued that the expanded valuesystem of each government caused bankruptcy of norms of the other in theinternational system. In other words, the spreading norms of each one of thesetwo opposite value systems will guarantee the survival of that government ininternational system and limit the breathing space of the opponent.
