Abstract

Since 2011, followed by the start of the unrest in the Arabic countries of the Middle East, the extremists in the region, especially in Iraq and in Syria has increased. Given the ethnic and religious context of the Middle East, diversity of extremist group in this region is Predictable. The question that arises is that the role of trans-regional power such as united state of America in the Spread of extremism in Middle East how evaluated?
This study argues that, the United States is the major causes of survival and function of extremist forces in the Middle East, including in Iraq and Syria.
The formation of extremism in the Middle East, despite the availability of its domestic context, also needs to external stimulus. The aim of this study is evaluate the impact of external factors such as the US government's role in the formation and spread of the phenomenon of extremism in the Middle East.

Turkish foreign policy has gone through important changes since its establishment due to changing internal and international conditions. Even though its major orientation remained the same as well as its basic principles, the transformation of the global balance of power had important impacts over the Turkish diplomacy. In the last decade, marked by the outcome of the September 11 attacks in the international level and the AK Party rule in Turkey, the latter has taken important foreign policy decisions, which are mainly influenced by Ahmet Davutoğlu’s geopolitical approach, on how to deal with the new issues of the international scene. These can be seen both a continuation of Turkey’s traditional diplomacy line and a new vision implemented to better serve Turkey’s national interests.

Abstract Globalizalization of culture as a main paradigm and one of the vaguest term has been touched upon from diverse angels in scientific forums in late 20th century and early days of 21th century. On one hand, some scholars perceive it optimistically as a process-oriented issue that has been present from the very first days of human life and it has been more prominent these days due to informatics revolution and finally it ends in internalization and expansion of welfare, advancement, peace, democracy for everyone. However, the more we head on in the era of rationalism and democracy not only these idealistic mottos have not been realized but the number of the poor increases and conflicts, segregation are at maximum. Further, a minority of society are getting richer and more powerful. These items make an investigatory background and pessimistic orientation of some people and particular countries to this issue. Regarding the actions of ninth and tenth government based on reformist and revisionist structures and prevalent events in the world in the form and frame of justice and management, and public participation in management of the world, questioning holocaust, terrorism sense and emphasizing the right of Iran for attaining nuclear energy
