Abstract Election is among the criteria for distinguishing democratic system from other
systems and the important parameters to evaluating and performance of these
systems. Therefore the elections held in many different ways, including in terms of
implementation quality, enforcer agencies, executives, supervisors, and quality of
monitor and enforce, always of interest lawmakers, law enforcers and the citizens.
Many factors play a role in the election that the roles and importance of each
element depend to nature of the electoral system. In the electoral system of the
Islamic Republic of Iran, the mechanisms of administrating of elections, is
embedded on the basis of monitoring and enforcement, that each of which has
been undertaken by different institutions.
Continuous changes in the electoral laws and issues related to the legal
election commission In the legal sphere of country's show that despite numerous
elections And continuous changes in election laws and gain useful experience in
this field isn’t yet rightly specified desirable mechanism and pattern for election
And hence the need to review the structure and procedures of the election is
essential.
This paper introduces a model for administrating election turning to Pathology
of run elections in Iran. This study addressed the Election Commission and the
role of the Election Administration from interior ministry to Commission In the
context of the existing legal system, refers an alternative model of Iran's elections
administrator.

Discourse Analysis of the Campaign Teasers of the 10th Iranian Presidential Election in (2009)

Abstract In this research, the contents of the Campaign teasers of the candidates of the
10th presidential election were reviewed and analyzed. For achieving this goal,
the Practical Discourse Analysis Method (PDAM) was used. Research statistical
society included all the eighth teasers broadcasted from Channel one of the
national TV and the analysis index was also the main performers of candidates
in their campaign teasers. The results had shown that candidates focused on
specific issues in their teasers: Ahmadi Nejad on "justice basis” and “Service”,
Mousavi on “incapability of Ahmadi Nejad “and “efficiency and political and
cultural equality of himself”, Karoubi on “tendency to intelligence” and
“inefficiency of the management system” and on Rezaie on “principals ability
and programming “and “disability of Ahmadinejad government".

Tendency to Democracy and Study of the Social Elements Related to the Issue; Case Study Citizens of Tehran

Abstract This study has investigated the effects of social factors on tendency towards
democracy. Data for this analysis were collected from a sample of 643 citizens
of Tehran aged 20 years and older. The theoretical framework was formulated
using theories of Bourdiou, Inglehart, Habermas and Giddens. Social factors
included social class, cultural capital, media usage, and religiosity. Descriptive
findings reveal that majority of the Tehrani citizens have low tendency towards
democracy. Only 4 percent of them have high level of tendency towards
democracy. These citizens were more democratic in their attitudes than in their
conducts. Explanatory findings show that there is significant relation among
various dimensions of social class (i.e., cultural capital, economic capital and
social status) with the tendency towards democracy. In addition, there is also
significant correlation between cultural factors (i.e., social tolerance, social
participation, democratic attitudes towards family) with the tendency towards
democracy. Findings demonstrated that cultural capital was the most significant
predictor of the dependent variable

Abstract Intellectual foundations and theoretical principles of the parties in the
process of policy-making are of particular importance. So that,the effects of
these principles could be seen during operational policies and observed in
practices. Both reformists and fundamentalists parties inserted their ideological
and intellectual principles as inputs in the foreign policy system of the Islamic
Republic of Iran. After analysis in the system, which has its own set of principles
and rules certain policies are carried out. By comparing the inputs that two
parties inserted to the system and outputs that appeared we understand methods
of two parties were different about the nuclear program but according to the
general foreign policy principles of the system of Islamic Republic of Iran, their
goal was identical.
The purpose of this article is to review and analyze reformists and
fundamentalists methods to achieve Peaceful nuclear program according to the
system theory.

Future Scenarios of International Systems and Role of the Islamic World

Abstract After collapsing the bipolar system, nature of the new international system
was complicated. Due to this ambiguity, many Scenarios have been brought
forward to explain future of the world system. In this regard, many scenarios
such as unipolar, multi polar and uni- multi polar have been mentioned to
clarify the future of the world system. This article tries to explain these
questions: what is the most probable kind of world system and what is the role of
Islamic world in such a system? To answer these questions the authors believe
that the nature of current international system is in transitional mode from
unipolar and uni-multi polar to multi-polar one. The main players of such a
system beside the United States are rising powers like china, India, EU, Japan
and the Islamic world. In this situation, the Islamic world because of its
geopolitical, cultural, resources, great population, have the main role as a pole

Abstract After the end of the cold war and collapsing of the bipolar system, Germany
has made significant changes in its foreign and security policy and has made
itself ready to have an influential presence for international peace and security
Preservation. This includes presence of German troops in Afghanistan after 11th
of September 2001attacks and the overthrow of Taliban.
Now the question is that what role Germany has played for establishing and
Preservation of peace and security in Afghanistan?
The results in this study indicate, despite the fact that the presence and active
engagement of German troops in Afghanistan under NATO and ISAF has not
succeeded in eradicating terrorism, but has enabled Afghan government in good
governance, in reconstructing socio- economic structures as well as bringing
partial peace in this Country.
