Messianism is one of the most important concepts in Judaism. The Zionist movement succeeded in establishing a Jewish state in the land of Palestine based on the changes it made to the traditional meaning of this concept. On the other hand, Messianism is the only common concept on which all the various Jewish sects agree. Accordingly, after the establishment of the Jewish state in 1948, Messianism entered into all aspects of Israeli domestic and foreign policies. Also, simultaneously with the Islamic Revolution in Iran, right-wing and religious groups came to power in Israel in 1977 after thirty years. One of the common traits of rightists is that they are Messianic; thus, the variable of Messianism in the foreign policy of Israel towards Iran became an objective factor and appeared in a hostile manner. Therefore, the present article uses the theory of constructivism, which in addition to material issues such as power, also considers immaterial variables such as religion to be important in international relations; it seeks to answer the question of how Jewish Messianism led Israel to pursue a hostile foreign policy toward the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Benyamin Netanyahu has been the main figure in the Israeli political scene for the past decade. Since he has played a major role in shaping the Israeli foreign policy in the international arena, this study seeks to examine his leadership style and personality traits as an influential and at the same time a neglected factor in the foreign policy behavior of the state of Israel. Hence, the main hypothesis is the fact that Israel’s foreign policy behavior has been more influenced by Netanyahu’s cognitive system and leadership style. The conceptual/methodological framework used in this paper is Leadership Traits Analysis (LTA) proposed by Margaret G. Hermann with a focus on the Conceptual Complexity variable in this regard. The results of this study, which itself are the quantitative content analysis of Netanyahu’s verbal material from 2009 to 2019; suggest that BIBI’s low conceptual complexity and his black and white thinking to foreign policy with high belief in ability to control events, a high desire for power, and a strong distrust to others have shaped Netanyahu’s aggressive and hawkish approach to Israeli foreign policy, which can be seen in exaggerating the Iranian threat and opposing to the idea of a Palestinian independent state.

Currently, some important Jewish communities in Israel live primarily in the media because of their particular lifestyle and isolationism. They have specific beliefs and particular personal and social lifestyles that are mainly rooted in ancient Judaism. The opinions and beliefs of this community are in line with Jewish (pragmatic) fundamentalists, and therefore hold to the Jewish fundamentalist mandates. The ideas of the community in the social and political context, along with their growing importance - by rapid population growth and effective political presence - have made them an influential stream. Given their efforts to be more influential (in the context of fundamentalist discourse) - particularly in the political arena - and in view of their principles and objectives as well as the demographic and political structure of Israel, it seems that reinforcing this trend will increase tensions. And there will be an increase in extremist tendencies in the Israeli regime and even will include fundamental questions about the identity of the present Israel regime and its future.

If the past to the present, the Middle East can be defined in one word, that word is "instability." Following the current challenges, the opening of relations between the two countries in the Middle East is more significant than other regional alliances: "Israel and Saudi Arabia". The main question is: to what extent Israel and Saudi Arabia have been able to succeed in balancing against Iran? it's assumed that; The factors that keep these two governments together are: concern over Iran's nuclear deal, It also reduced the presence and role of the United States in the region, Reduce the US presence and role in the region, And crises caused by extremism and the civil war in Syria. However, given the challenges of regional and trans-regional actors, the proximity of two governments is not a step towards consolidating a balanced alliance to isolate and confront Iran. Despite the commonalities and causative factors in the normalization of relations between the two countries more than before, According to Randall Schwedler's “Under balancing" theory can be said: The two countries have not been able to form a strong alliance especially against Iran as their common enemy.

Middle East is a region in which conflict and disintegration is much more prevalent than integration and cooperation. Meanwhile, current civil wars in Iraq and Syria have effected regional security complex in the region. The purpose of the this paper is to examine the effects of civil wars in Iraq and Syria on maturity of Middle East security complex. The findings of the paper illustrate that the civil wars in Iraq and Syria have led to the formation of a larger subset including the subset of the Persian Gulf and Aramaea. These conflicts have led to the reinforcement of pattern of conflict between Iran and Sunni regimes of the Persian Gulf especially Saudi Arabia. However, a competition between Sunni regimes of the region has complicated the security complex of Middle East. Moreover, these developments have marginalized the conflicts between Israel and Arabs and have led to an ideological transition into Islamic intra discursive conflict. The methodology of the present paper is descriptive analytical.

Recent movements in the Middle East, in addition to their diverse influences, have provided a good opportunity for foreign policy of some Arab countries to play a more active role in the region. Recent changes in the Middle East and the stance of governments towards the Islamic movements of the people of the region indicate that the government of Qatar is following a specific role. On the other hand the dual positions of this country towards the issue of Palestine and its concurrency with the mentioned role has raised some questions: “What are the reasons of these dual positions?” ”What are the goals of the country’s foreign policy for such duality?”and “What is the relation between the role of Qatar in the issue and the recent movements in the Middle East?”This article attempts to review the factors involved in adopting a dual approach by Qatar in the issue of Palestine after Islamic awakening and the developments in the Arab world. It also suggests that the structural requirements of Qatar, and its dependence to Saudi Arabia and the United States caused this policies in recent developments.on the other hand, this role which returns to the issue of Palestine and Israel's security is in conflict with the culture and social beliefs of the country and has resulted in duality in positions.

The US Foreign Policy towards Israel is based on an unconditional and comprehensive support for Israel. This strategy of offering absolute support for Israel has interests for the United States and has also brought huge costs for Washington. It is the purpose of this article to analyze the costs and benefits of this strategy and to answer this question that what are benefits and costs of the US support of Israel for this country? Based on Rational Decision Theory this article argues that the costs of this support includes the financial burden over the US economy in terms of loans and assistances, altering America''s relationship with the Muslim World and the Arab world, also other social and political costs of conflicts caused by various wars in the Middle East, such as 33 and 22-days war of Lebanon and Gaza and also the occupation of Iraq, and finally the rise anti-Americanism around the world. The benefits of such a support can be: the vast support that the US administrations receives from Israel and the Zionist lobbies , and also the huge and overwhelming Profits made by US arms companies through their arms sale to the Middle Eastern countries due to the Middle East security situation.
