The developments of the last two decades in Afghanistan, from the American attack in 2001 and the fall of the Taliban to the Taliban's re-domination of Afghanistan in 2021, brought a new experience to the Afghan society. After the Taliban regained control, most of the analyzes in explaining these developments consider it to be due to the power vacuum caused by the hasty withdrawal of the United States; However, this matter was a matter of acceleration. The current research aims to investigate the underlying causes of the re-domination of the Taliban in Afghanistan. This research used Dekamjian's periodic theory to examine the developments of the last two decades in Afghanistan. The research question is, what are the reasons for the re-domination of the Taliban in Afghanistan based on Dekamjian's periodic theory? The research method is descriptive-explanatory and library and document collection method. The findings of the research show that the social crises caused by the crisis environment, including identity crisis, legitimacy crisis, mismanagement by the rulers and pressure and repression, class conflict, military weakness and cultural crisis in Afghanistan have led to the emergence and re-dominance of the Taliban in Afghanistan as a fundamentalist response.

Since the early of 1980s china has treated according to low profile foreign policy to protect itself from negative consequences of international crisis. Although china is ally of Iran and Russia in Syria but has tended to avoid tensions with opposite sides. Therefore china behavior is somehow against United States and its allies but it is not originated from the china desire to geopolitics competitions. China has not involved in Syria crisis directly but seeking to acquire proper economic position at post crisis era. In this article the researchers try to answer the following question: How has been the china approach in Syria Crisis? How will be the china role in post crisis Syria? The following hypothesis examines in the frame work of soft balancing theory. China has indirectly contributed to balance of power in Syria. But Beijing is more concerned about its economic status in the post-Crisis era, than the political and geopolitical fate of Syria. Evidence of this study shows improving the china role in post crisis era. This article has written by descriptive-analytical method.

Tradition has an undeniable entity in Iranian intellectual thinking. Authority and controversiality of the tradition is not necessarily due to its nature but it is caused by significant and influential position in societies possessing civilized and ancient history and rich thoughts. Although intellectuality requires Iranian intellectuals critically scrutinize and contemplate on tradition as one of the most influential factors of Iranian identity, politics and power and provide a situation for its proliferation but in practice it did not happen. Meanwhile, recognizing the evolution of the approaches toward tradition through investigating the ideas of Iranian intellectuals strengthens this hypothesis that amid the tradition-authority contest tradition has been source of self-awareness of Iranian intellectuality, self-awareness that inspired and caused Islamic Revolution of Iran and its continuity.
